These plain-language policies explain how WayPath Labs handles information, digital resources, recurring subscriptions, and cancellations.
Digital resources and subscription notices are delivered using the email address provided at checkout. Until a private member library is introduced, WayPath Labs may email new subscriber resources or secure access instructions directly. Customers are responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders.
The Sabbath Art Club Family Subscription renews monthly at the displayed price until canceled. It provides digital access for one household. Resources may be printed for members of that household but may not be reposted, resold, uploaded to shared drives, or distributed to a class, co-op, church, or other households without written permission or an appropriate group license.
A subscriber may cancel future renewals at any time using the Stripe customer portal when available or by emailing lifelabslearningcollective@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges and does not normally refund a billing period that has already begun or digital material already delivered, except when required by law or when WayPath confirms an error. If a file is damaged or unavailable, contact us so we can replace it or correct access.
WayPath Labs may receive the name, email address, billing address, purchase history, interests, and form responses a customer voluntarily provides. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by this website. We use customer information to fulfill purchases, manage subscriptions, answer requests, understand where families are located, improve programs, and send relevant WayPath communications.
We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the website, process payments, deliver resources, or comply with law. Customers may ask to correct their information or stop optional marketing emails by contacting WayPath Labs. Transactional messages about a purchase or active subscription may still be necessary.
WayPath resources provide educational and community information and are not legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Families remain responsible for confirming current homeschool, scholarship, graduation, and other requirements with the appropriate official source.
